New Job and New Projects

Just to let you know, you will be getting more pictures here in a bit. I not only managed to get my hands on a sketchbook for The Sketchbook Project but I also got a 'job' as a cartoonist for The Buchtelite (the University of Akron's campus paper). So you will be seeing my slow progress on the sketchbook. My topic being "Dirigibles and Submersibles", so I want to try for either several pictures of tons of different models of nonsensical creations for the sky and the water, or a few story lines. So it'll kind of look as crazy as the pictures that managed to spread themselves everywhere on the page:
Fun stuff, I agree. I mean, men with ridiculous beards and moustaches and child labor! What wonders!

In the mean time, I also have two projects that I have put on the back burner. One being the rebirth of "Worst Halloween Special". The other being the continuous journey of me finishing my ball-jointed doll so that I can make my "Mad Scientist" stop animation film. All that I have left on it is to sculpt the head and face, then to drill holes and string him up. I'll get pictures of him when he's all put together. And so you know.. He is about 18 inches tall, or about the length of an average bed pillow. Yeah, shot myself in the foot a bit there..
